Pancake Tuesday is possibly the best time of year. I am a huge fan of pancakes both sweet and savoury. Today I will be making them for Fearne and her two best friends from school. We are going to make a mixture of sweet and savoury but I think that the three 5 year olds will much prefer the sweet ones! Pancake day is the only day you can eat pancakes all day and not be frowned upon.
Today on Boho Life we have this fantastic recipe for you all shared to us from Yoori of The Chick Who Eats and it looks really lovely and easy to make. I think ths has to be one of my favourites on the blog to date.
Nutella Dutch Baby Pancake

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp butter (unsalted)
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk (I used goats milk)
- 2 tbsp nutella
- 1/2 rice flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- syrup plums and icing sugar for garnish
STEP 1) Heat the oven to 350 degrees celsius and place a 10″ cast-iron skillet on the middle rack
STEP 2) Whisk the eggs until a bit frothy and light. Add salt, milk and nutella, then gradually add flour. Let the mixture stand for about 10 minutes
STEP 3) Remove the skillet from the oven, add the butter and the bottom will be covered in melted butter.
STEP 4) Add plums and icing sugar, serve immediately.
